Engineering Plastic FDM
We have numerous plastic 3D printers, and make parts almost exclusively in reinforced Nylon.
Our main machines include 4x Custom Production FDM's, 3x Raise 3D Pro 3 FDM's with heated chambers, 1x Formlabs Fuse 1 SLS, and 3x MarkForged Mark Two FDM's.
FDM Carbon-Filled Nylon has incredible strength and can be reinforced with continuous carbon fiber strands. SLS Glass-Filled Nylon is almost entirely-isotroptic and the best option for fully-functional plastic 3D prints.
